Just a short walk to the bay where you can watch the sunset or just sit and breath in the beauty of the Laguna Madre. Just a few blocks to the Poinsetta or Bougainvillea Circle beach access. Walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Villa Encanto is family friendly home in a safe neighborhood but also great for entertaining! All bedding, linens, towels and furnishes are new, clean and comfortable.

*Must be at least 24 years old to book.*

Younger group may book with additional deposit .

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
