Pool/Spa Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($25/day), Pool Heat (highly recommended Oct to May) is set to 85 degrees from 9am to 7pm. However, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pet fee: $200/pet
We do accept dog for a fee of $200/pet/stay. Pets must stay off furnitures and must be picked up after.

This location is conveniently located near Blake Hospital, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Beall's, Fresh Market and so much more. The world famous beaches of Anna Maria Island are just 6 miles away!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
